The Role ✨

We are looking for a motivated Teaching Assistant to join the school from January 2026. You will work throughout the Spring Term, and the school may extend the role depending on future needs.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons.
  • Provide targeted support for pupils in small groups and one‑to‑one sessions.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and help maintain classroom organisation.
  • Contribute to a stimulating learning environment that inspires progress.
  • Take part in wider school activities and community events.

The Ideal Candidate 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫

We are seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, commitment, and a genuine passion for education. Ideally, you will:

  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred).
  • Have experience working with children in schools or childcare settings.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Stay organised and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Adapt creatively to meet different learning needs.
  • Approach challenges with positivity and resilience.
