Teacher (Full Time)

Zest Education is delighted to be recruiting for a Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Bedworth. This role will begin in January 2026 and is offered as a full‑time position, Monday to Friday, on a long‑term contract. You will be working within the classroom to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and SLD, ensuring they are supported both academically and emotionally.

As a Teacher, you will create a safe and stimulating classroom environment, differentiate lessons to meet individual needs, and collaborate with teaching assistants and SENCOs to provide effective support. You will monitor progress, contribute to education plans, and implement strategies that promote positive behaviour and confidence. Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues will be central to your role in supporting holistic development.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching children, ideally with SEND involvement.
• Knowledge of the national curriculum and approaches to differentiation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Classroom management expertise and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
