📚 The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join the school from January 2026 for the duration of the Spring Term, with the possibility of extension.

In this role, you will:

• Work alongside the Year 3 teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
• Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, ensuring steady progress.
• Encourage positive behaviour while maintaining a well‑organised classroom environment.
• Guide children in their social, emotional, and academic growth.

By stepping into this position, you will actively shape children’s learning experiences and help them build strong foundations for future success.

👩‍🏫 The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who demonstrates enthusiasm, commitment, and a genuine passion for education. Ideally, you will:

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred).
• Bring experience working with children, particularly within a primary school setting.
• Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
• Stay organised and manage tasks efficiently.
• Adapt creatively to meet diverse learning needs.
• Approach challenges with positivity and resilience.
