What We’re Looking For:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• A positive, caring, and nurturing approach to supporting children’s development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early years education
• A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one — we can guide you through the process)

• Confidence in following routines and supporting children’s learning
• Ability to adapt to different nursery environments
