EYFS Teaching assistant, Sutton Coldfield.
Are you an unhappy Teaching assistant? Not enough work-life balance? Over-worked and underpaid? Well, we are currently working with an outstanding trust of primary schools in Sutton Coldfield and Lichfield that are looking to recruit multiple level 3 EYFS teaching assistants to strengthen their team on a long term to permanent basis.
All applicants must be level 3 qualified and preferably drive. There are two schools that are particularly appealing within the trust, one in the beautiful city of Lichfield and another in the idyllic setting of Sutton Coldfield. Both schools are extremely desirable and will provide a wonderful working atmosphere for the successful applicants to develop and engage with the pupils.
Bot newly qualified EYFS teaching assistants and more experienced candidates will be considered for this role. If you have experience in an EYFS setting, then this would be advantageous however please do take note of the qualities needed as listed above. The successful candidate will be given full support by Zest Education and the school during the transition into their new role.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
