Cover Supervisor

Zest Education is recruiting a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to support a secondary school in Dudley. This part‑time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people and can maintain a positive learning environment across a range of subjects.

🏫 About the Role

• Part‑time position: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (0.6)
• Providing general classroom cover across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Delivering pre‑planned work and ensuring smooth lesson delivery
• Managing classroom behaviour and supporting students’ learning
• Immediate start available

🎓 Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Experience working within a UK Secondary School
• A DBS on the Update Service
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Confidence leading groups of students across multiple subjects
• A proactive and professional approach
