Job Description

Zest Education are working with a secondary school located in Solihull. The school have asked us to find a PE teacher, that can teach across KS3-KS4.

The position will be full time and will start in February 2026 and will be for the rest of the academic year.

The school offers a broad and inclusive curriculum and aims for the highest standards of academic excellence. The school know it’s all about working collaboratively and supporting each other to deliver exceptional teaching and learning for all students. That’s at the centre of everything they do.

 

The successful candidate must have:

  • A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS
  • A great team ethos and want to be part of a strong team environment
  • A strong passion for the subject of PE and able to teach the curriculum across KS3-KS4
  • The ability to plan, mark and deliver high quality lessons
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management
  • The ability to be involved with extracurricular PE/club activities

 

Rate of pay varies dependant on experience.

Both newly qualified teachers (NQT) / Early careers teachers (ECT) and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this role.
