Supply Teacher – Primary (Full Time)

Zest Education is searching for flexible and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to support primary schools across Dudley. This is an excellent role for teachers seeking variety, work-life balance, or opportunities to gain experience in different settings.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teacher to join our team on a full‑time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in different classroom environments, and is committed to delivering high‑quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2.

You will provide consistent cover for planned and unplanned staff absences, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lessons across a range of primary year groups
  • Follow school policies, routines, and behaviour expectations
  • Adapt quickly to different classrooms and teaching styles
  • Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Provide feedback on learning and progress at the end of each day
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

About You

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in primary settings
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and confident working across year groups
  • Passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
