Candidate Requirements

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
  • Previous classroom‑based experience in a UK school
  • Experience supporting children across primary year groups
  • Confident delivering small‑group and 1:1 support
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A patient, proactive and enthusiastic approach
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
