A busy primary school is looking for a full time LSA to join their supportive team to start in January 2023. The position will be long term, meaning it is a guaranteed role until July 2023, and will be working with the schools Resource Base.
The role will be working with small groups of children with varying SEND, including global delay, speech and language, autism and Asperger’s. You will need be adaptable to work on a 1-1 basis as well as within small groups when required.
This is a highly challenging yet rewarding role and is ideal for someone who is looking to further their career within education. The school is able to offer continuous CPD for all of it’s staff and is aiming to ensure there is a better work-life balance for all.
The successful candidate will need to be an enthusiastic and hard-working individual who can input and maintain high standards continuously. You will understand the importance of not just the education provided, but ensuring life skills are learnt from an early age. You will be pro-active, engaging and strong team player.
