About the Role

Zest Education is looking for enthusiastic and energetic Sports Coaches to support a range of secondary schools in Stourbridge and the surrounding areas, including Wordsley, Amblecote, Hagley and Kinver.

We are currently supporting several secondary schools across Stourbridge who are seeking confident, reliable and proactive Sports Coaches. With immediate vacancies available, this is a great time to join our team.

Responsibilities

As a Sports Coach, you will:

• Deliver fun, inclusive and engaging PE sessions for KS3 and KS4 pupils
• Lead small groups and full class activities with confidence
• Support PE staff with lesson delivery, equipment setup and assessments
• Encourage teamwork, participation and positive behaviour
• Assist with extracurricular clubs where required
• Promote a safe and encouraging environment where students can succeed

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants with:

• Experience in Sports Coaching, PE, youth work, or a related setting
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• A relevant coaching qualification (Level 2 desirable)
• Previous experience working with children or young people
• An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
