Are you an enthusiastic EYFS teacher who is passionate about inspiring young learners? Zest Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Northfield, Birmingham.

This Northfield‑based school is proud of its nurturing environment and is looking for an EYFS teacher. We’re after someone who can deliver creative, engaging and supportive learning experiences. You will work alongside a friendly and committed staff team to provide high‑quality teaching that supports children during the most important stage of their development.

As an EYFS teacher, you will:

  • Deliver an inspiring curriculum aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
  • Create a warm, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
  • Build positive relationships with children, staff and families
  • Encourage curiosity, independence and confidence in every pupil
  • Maintain strong classroom management and high standards of safeguarding

The ideal EYFS teacher will have:

  • A strong understanding of EYFS curriculum requirements
  • A genuine passion for early years education
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive, enthusiastic and child‑centred approach

This is a full‑time EYFS teacher position starting as soon as possible and continuing until the end of the academic year. It is a fantastic opportunity to join a school that values creativity, collaboration and the well‑being of every child.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
