Nursery Practitioner – Early Years (EYFS) | Marston Green, Birmingham

🕒 Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Full-time or Part-time)

We’re looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly Early Years setting in Marston Green. If you’re passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and develop, this role offers a rewarding opportunity with flexible working options.

⭐ About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Support children with early learning, play, and personal development
• Help with daily routines and activities across the nursery and EYFS environment
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive space where every child feels valued
• Work closely with colleagues and parents to support each child’s progress

⭐ What We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants who have:

• A recognised Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred)
• OR relevant experience working with nursery or primary-aged children
• A patient, positive, and caring approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
