Zest Education is recruiting for a full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and well‑established 2‑form entry primary school in Kings Heath. This role begins after the Easter break and offers a rewarding opportunity to support a child on a 1:1 basis within a thriving Early Years setting.
This busy school sits at the heart of the Kings Heath community, with strong connections to the local church and an inclusive, family‑orientated ethos.
We are seeking a nurturing, patient and proactive EYFS Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child who has behavioural support needs. Your daily responsibilities will include:

You will be a great fit for this role if you:
A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification is desirable but not essential for candidates with suitable experience.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
