As a Teaching Assistant, you won’t just be “helping out”—you’ll be a vital part of the classroom ecosystem. You will work closely with the Class Teacher to ensure every student has the support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Small Group Support: Lead targeted interventions in Literacy and Numeracy to help students bridge gaps in their learning.
1:1 Assistance: Provide dedicated support to children with diverse learning needs or SEN (Special Educational Needs).
Classroom Management: Assist in creating an organized, engaging, and safe learning environment.
Resource Prep: Help prepare creative learning materials and displays that inspire curiosity.

What we’re looking for
We need someone who can hit the ground running. Because our students deserve consistency and expertise, we have a specific experience requirement:
Essential Experience: You must have at least 3 months of classroom-based experience specifically within a Primary School setting.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Temperament: A patient, resilient, and “can-do” attitude.
Adaptability: The ability to pivot quickly when a lesson takes an unexpected (but exciting!) turn.
