Are you a calm, resilient and experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a role where you can make a real impact on young people who need consistent, understanding support? A forward‑thinking school in Coventry is seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive but fast‑paced environment and is confident working with pupils who experience social, emotional and mental health needs.
You will be supporting pupils with SEMH needs across the school, helping them regulate emotions, stay engaged in learning and build positive relationships. Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, structured and encouraging environment where pupils can succeed.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
