About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging, well‑structured lessons that support pupils of all abilities. Working closely with colleagues across the school, you’ll contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment where children feel motivated, confident and supported in their progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering high‑quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Creating a positive, inclusive and well‑managed classroom environment
• Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils
• Assessing progress and providing constructive feedback
• Working collaboratively with teaching and support staff
• Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Strong classroom management and lesson‑planning skills
• A positive, enthusiastic and adaptable approach
• Confidence teaching across primary or secondary (depending on school phase)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to full‑time, Monday–Friday work
