Location: Uttoxeter, Staffordshire

Start: ASAP

Hours: 8:30am – 16:30pm (Mon – Fri)

Zest Education are currently recruiting for a highly organised and detail oriented Information Coordinator to support the effective management and reporting of school data, for a well-established Secondary School. This is a key role within the school, ensuring that accurate and timely information is available to support Senior Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and timely reports for staff, leadership and external agencies.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all student data and records.
• Support date analysis for SLT, governors, and school improvement processes.
• Support the creation and maintenance of staff and student timetables.
• Manage admissions, transitions, and student record transfers.
• Coordinate end-of-year processes and annual data collections.
• Provide support and guidance to staff on systems use and troubleshoot issues.

About You:

• Strong organisational and data management skills
• A proactive approach, and excellent IT, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with school systems, such as SIMS, Arbor and Sisra.
• An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one).
• Previous experience in a similar role.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
