Job Description

Zest Education is recruiting a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a warm, friendly and well‑established nursery in Stafford. This is a fantastic full‑time opportunity for someone passionate about early years education and committed to providing high‑quality care for young children.

The nursery is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and become a valued member of their supportive team.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will support children aged 0–5 through play‑based learning, daily routines and developmental activities. You’ll help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child can flourish.

This role suits someone who is enthusiastic, caring and confident working within a busy nursery setting.

Working Hours

  • Full time
  • Monday to Friday
  • 7:30am – 6:00pm ( 08:00-17:00 would also be considered)

Requirements

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years environment
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS
  • Warm, positive and professional approach
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child development

  • Supporting children through engaging, play‑based activities
  • Helping maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
