A warm and welcoming primary school in Coventry is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their Year 2 team full‑time. As a result, you’ll be stepping into a lively, supportive classroom where your role will make a real difference to pupils’ confidence and progress. In addition, you’ll be working closely with the class teacher to guide small‑group learning, support daily routines and help children stay engaged throughout the school day.
At the same time, you’ll be a steady, reassuring presence for pupils who benefit from calm, consistent adults around them. Ultimately, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves helping children thrive and is confident supporting learning in a busy Year 2 environment.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
