🌱 About the Nursery Practitioner Role

As a valued member of our Early Years team, you will play a key role in shaping children’s early education and development.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children aged 0–5 through play-based learning (EYFS framework)
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive nursery environment
• Planning and delivering engaging Early Years activities
• Observing, assessing, and tracking children’s development
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Promoting positive behaviour, wellbeing, and emotional development
• Working as part of a caring and supportive nursery team in Kingshurst

🎓 What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner who has:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
• Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting (preferred)
• Strong understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s early development
