Zest Education is recruiting enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisors to support a variety of welcoming secondary schools across Codsall and the surrounding areas. With immediate starts available, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference while developing the skills and experience needed for a future career in education.
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in keeping learning on track by:
✅ Delivering engaging pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
✅ Creating a positive and productive classroom environment
✅ Encouraging student participation and maintaining high levels of engagement
✅ Managing classroom behaviour confidently and effectively
✅ Providing valuable feedback to teachers on lesson progress and student performance
We’re seeking individuals who are:
⭐ Confident communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
⭐ Passionate about supporting and inspiring young people
⭐ Reliable, adaptable and able to think on their feet
⭐ Comfortable working with secondary-aged students
⭐ Equipped with good literacy and numeracy skills
Previous classroom experience is beneficial but not essential.
