Zest Education is working closely with a range of welcoming secondary schools across Halesowen and South Birmingham who are looking for confident, adaptable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join them from September.

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom and deliver pre-prepared lessons when teachers are absent, ensuring learning continues smoothly.
Your role will involve:
No subject specialism is required – just confidence, reliability, and the ability to engage young people.

✔ A genuine passion for education and supporting students
✔ Good literacy and numeracy skills
School experience is desirable but not essential.
