We are recruiting on behalf of a thriving 3-form entry primary school in Northfield that is part of a highly successful and sought-after Multi Academy Trust. This full-time position is available immediately and will run until Christmas, with the potential for further opportunities within the Trust.

The Role

As the successful Year 4 Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons to a Year 4 class
• Work closely with your year group partner on planning and curriculum delivery
• Participate in collaborative PPA sessions alongside KS2 colleagues
• Support pupils with a range of SEND needs within an inclusive classroom environment
• Contribute positively to the wider school community
• Maintain high expectations for learning, behaviour and achievement

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
• Is confident differentiating learning to support pupils with SEND
• Works effectively as part of a team
• Brings energy, creativity and enthusiasm to the classroom
• Is committed to helping every child achieve their potential
