We are seeking flexible teachers who are confident delivering engaging lessons across all primary age groups and can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Primary School Teacher Responsibilities

As a Primary School Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Follow school planning or create lessons that meet the needs of pupils.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour.
• Adapt teaching methods to support varying learning needs.
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff, and leadership teams.

Primary School Teacher Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have recent UK primary school teaching experience.
• Be confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
• Be passionate about supporting children’s educational development.
