Several secondary schools in Sutton Coldfield that Zest work closely with are looking for part-time Cover Supervisors to start ASAP. Cover Supervision is a great way to gain experience in a range of schools if you are looking to get into teaching and is flexible to work around you and your commitments.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be required to work within secondary schools delivering high quality pre-planned lessons to groups of pupils in a range of subjects such as Maths, English and Science. The work is pre-planned, by the classroom teacher in the school. You will also be expected to manage the behaviour of the class in line with the schools policy and provide feedback to the relevant senior leaders.
