Position: EYFS Teaching Assistant
Location: Hodge Hill, Birmingham
Responsibilities:
– Support the EYFS curriculum delivery by assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
– Foster positive relationships with students, promoting a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
– Provide individualized support to students, helping them to develop and achieve their full potential.
– Assist in the assessment and tracking of student progress, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
– Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents, promoting open communication and partnership.
Requirements:
– Proven experience working with EYFS students, demonstrating a deep understanding of the curriculum.
– Genuine enthusiasm for promoting the holistic development of young learners.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
– A patient and supportive approach, with the ability to adapt to individual learning needs.
– Relevant qualifications and certifications in education or childcare are highly desirable.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
