To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in KS2 Intervention.
2. A strong understanding of the national curriculum and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
4. A passion for teaching and a dedication to promoting a positive learning environment.
5. The ability to motivate and inspire students, fostering a love for learning.
