Are you a motivated Sports Coach who thrives on inspiring young people and promoting a love of physical activity?
Zest Education is working closely with a number of thriving secondary schools across Dudley and the wider Black Country, all of which are looking for energetic, confident, and enthusiastic Sports Coaches to join their teams.

As a Sports Coach, you’ll play a key role in motivating students and encouraging participation in sport and physical activity. Responsibilities include:
✅ Delivering engaging and inclusive PE lessons and sports sessions to KS3 and KS4 students
✅ Supporting PE departments with lesson delivery, practical activities, assessments, and extracurricular clubs
✅ Building positive relationships with students and staff across the school
✅ Promoting teamwork, resilience, confidence, and healthy lifestyles
✅ Managing and motivating groups of students in a safe and supportive environment
We’re keen to hear from candidates who have:
✔ A background in Sports Coaching, Physical Education, or a related field
✔ Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
✔ A Level 2 Coaching Qualification (or equivalent) – desirable
✔ Experience working with children or young people in schools, sports clubs, or community settings
✔ An Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
