We are currently working closely with a delightful school in Stafford, who are seeking a passionate and dedicated 1-1 Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible on a part-time basis until the end of the academic year.

As a 1-1 Teaching Assistant at this lovely school in Stafford, you will work closely with a specific student to provide tailored support and assistance. Your responsibilities will include assisting the student with their academic work, helping them to stay focused and engaged in their learning, and providing emotional support when needed. You will work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to ensure the student’s individual needs are met and that they are able to reach their full potential.

Requirements:
– Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
– A passion for supporting young people and helping them succeed
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Patience and empathy when working with students
– Relevant qualifications in education or a related field (desirable)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
