Job Title: 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant – Hammersmith

Zest Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team in Hammersmith. The position is available for both part-time and full-time availability, offering flexibility between Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Responsibilities:
– Providing 1:1 support to a child with ASD in an educational setting.
– Assisting with the implementation of individualized learning plans.
– Supporting the child with their social, emotional, and academic development.
Requirements:
– Previous experience working with children with ASD is essential.
– Relevant qualifications in education or relevant field desirable.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
– Must be patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting children with special educational needs.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
