As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant at Zest Education, you will be working closely with children in a school situated in Swadlincote. Your role will involve providing personalized support and assistance to students who require additional help in their educational journey.

Responsibilities:
– Work one-on-one with students, providing individualized support and guidance
– Assist in implementing and delivering tailored learning plans based on students’ specific needs
– Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
– Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure students’ progress and well-being
– Monitor and assess students’ development, providing feedback and reporting any concerns to the appropriate parties
– Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:
– Experience working as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in a school setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Patient and empathetic nature, with the ability to establish rapport with students
– Knowledge and understanding of various learning styles and strategies
– Ability to adapt to different learning environments and student needs
– Relevant qualifications and certifications are desirable but not essential
