Zest Education are seeking a caring and committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a primary school in Coleshill. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping pupils overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide focused 1:1 support tailored to the pupil’s individual needs
Assist with lesson engagement and participation
Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
Previous 1:1 or SEND support experience
Patience, empathy and strong communication skills
Ability to adapt support strategies as needed
A proactive and team-focused attitude
