Zest Education is currently recruiting dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to work in mainstream primary schools across Staffordshire.
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant with Zest Education, you will have the opportunity to work closely with students, providing individualised support to help them reach their full potential. Whether you have prior experience working 1:1 or are eager to learn on the job, we have both full-time and part-time roles available in key areas such as Lichfield, Tamworth, Burton, Cannock, Rugeley, and Burntwood. You must be able to commit to the days required.
To excel in this role, candidates must possess a Level 2 qualification or above, demonstrating a commitment to supporting children’s educational development. We offer a range of short and long-term positions, full time or part time, providing flexibility for the right individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the classroom. We even have roles available to start ASAP!

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
