Job Title: Cover Supervisor – Secondary School
Location: Merton, London
Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Working)
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing (Academic Year)

We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant and busy secondary school in Merton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and is confident managing a classroom environment.
About the Role:
In the absence of the regular classroom teacher, you will be responsible for:
Supervising lessons and ensuring pupils remain on task.
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Supporting students with their learning, as appropriate.
Ensuring a calm and productive learning environment.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
