Your Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay engaged and on task.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans confidently.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Support students’ learning and encourage participation.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone with strong communication skills who enjoys working with young people.

  • Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
  • No formal teaching qualification required – full guidance provided.
