A well‑established and welcoming school in Coventry is seeking a confident, organised, and professional School Administrator to join their busy front‑office team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys supporting staff and pupils, and has previous experience working within a school setting.

🗂️ What the Role Involves

• Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies
• Managing incoming calls, emails, and general office communication
• Supporting attendance procedures, including daily registers and follow‑up calls
• Updating and maintaining pupil records using MIS systems (SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom)
• Assisting with admissions, data entry, and school documentation
• Providing administrative support to SLT, teachers, and wider school staff
• Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Supporting safeguarding processes, including visitor sign‑in and ID checks

👩‍💼 What the School Is Looking For

• Previous school office experience (essential)
• Strong IT skills and confidence using MIS systems
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A calm, friendly, and professional manner
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
