Administrator

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced School Administrator to join our team at a Special Educational Needs School in Stoke on Trent. This part-time position offers flexible hours between Monday to Friday, from 8am till 4pm.

As the School Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of the school. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in school administration, although relevant experience in a similar position will also be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
– Managing student records and data
– Assisting with scheduling and coordination of school events
– Providing administrative support to staff, parents, and students
– Handling inquiries and communication efficiently

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in school administration preferred
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
