Zest Education are looking to recruit a full time Art and Design Teacher for a Secondary School in the Wolverhampton area. This role is due to start September 2024 for a initial period of one term but is likely to be extended.
Ideally the school would like a creative and dynamic teacher to join their art department who aims to and is passionate about improving the learning outcomes for all students. Subject knowledge up to KS4 is essential with knowledge at KS5 being an advantage. Additionally, the school offers state of the art facilities and plenty of on-site parking for those that may need it.
The successful applicant will have:
- A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS
- A strong passion for the subject of Art and Design and excellent subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4.
- The ability to plan, mark and deliver high quality lessons (planning and marking only for short/long term placements)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management
