Zest Education is on the lookout for a dynamic Art and Design Teacher to join a secondary school in Derbyshire. If you have a flair for creativity and a passion for inspiring students through art, then this role is perfect for you. As an Art and Design Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to students from KS3 to KS5, with a focus on the Art and Design curriculum. Knowledge of Photography is a bonus.
**Responsibilities:**
– Create and implement exciting and challenging Art and Design lessons
– Guide and support students during practical sessions
– Assess and provide feedback on student work
– Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum
– Attend school events and meetings as needed
**Requirements:**
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Art and Design or equivalent
– Previous experience teaching Art and Design at the secondary school level
– Deep understanding of the Art and Design curriculum
– Strong communication and organization skills
– Ability to deliver engaging and innovative lessons
– Dedication to student development and well-being

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
