Job Title: Art Teacher

Position Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Our busy secondary school in Twickenham is seeking a talented and passionate Art Teacher to join our dynamic art department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire and nurture the artistic talents of our students while contributing to a vibrant and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging and interactive art lessons to students of all abilities
– Develop and implement creative projects that encourage self-expression and artistic growth
– Assess and provide feedback on student work to support their progress and development
– Collaborate with colleagues to organize art exhibitions and showcase student artwork
– Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the art curriculum
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Previous experience teaching art at the secondary level is preferred
– Strong knowledge and proficiency in a variety of artistic mediums and techniques
– Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
