Art Teacher, Redditch

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Art Teacher for a full-time position in a secondary school located in Redditch. This temporary role will start in April 2024 and continue until June 2024.

Responsibilities:
– Conducting art lessons for secondary school students.
– Creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
– Providing support and guidance to students in their artistic development.
– Inspiring creativity and fostering a love for art among students.
– Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver art-related activities.
– Overseeing art projects and exhibitions within the school.
– Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback.
– Upholding the school’s policies and procedures.

Requirements:
– Qualified and experienced Art Teacher.
– Strong knowledge and proficiency in art techniques and mediums.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to inspire and motivate students to explore their artistic abilities.
– Flexibility and adaptability to the needs of the school and students.
– Organizational skills to manage art supplies and equipment effectively.
