Zest Education is seeking a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join a friendly team in Leamington Spa. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for pupils and staff.
Carry out daily cleaning duties across classrooms, corridors, and communal areas
Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times
Empty bins, mop floors, dust, and sanitise surfaces
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and school procedures
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards
Enhanced DBS check required (or willingness to apply)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
