Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Hounslow
Start Date: ASAP or September 2025
Hours: Part-time or Full-time, very flexible, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
Are you an experienced and dedicated individual looking to make a positive impact in a busy secondary school environment? We are seeking a dynamic Cover Supervisor to join our team at a highly-regarded school in Hounslow.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and support students in the absence of their regular teachers
– Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
– Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials as provided by teaching staff
– Provide feedback on student progress to teachers as required
Requirements:
– Previous experience working in a school environment is essential
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to adapt to various teaching styles and subjects
– A genuine passion for education and supporting student learning
