Zest Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work in a Secondary School in Lichfield.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise students in the absence of their regular teacher
– Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment
– Deliver pre-prepared work left by the regular teacher
– Support students with their learning as needed
Requirements:
– Previous experience working with children or young adults
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to adapt to different classroom settings
– A passion for education and supporting students

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
