Are you passionate about working with young people and considering a career in education? Zest Education is currently recruiting a dynamic and reliable Cover Supervisor to work in a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Stafford.

About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of education for students in the absence of their regular teachers. You will deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and support students in their learning.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage classroom behaviour in accordance with the school’s behaviour policy
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects
• Ensure pupils remain on task and engaged in their learning
• Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence in managing groups of students aged 11–16
• Previous experience working in schools or with young people is desirable
• A flexible and positive attitude towards your work
