Are you passionate about supporting students’ learning and development? A mixed Secondary school in Hounslow is seeking dedicated individuals to join as Cover Supervisors starting in April 2025. This full-time role from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4pm, offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the classroom.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining an engaging and productive learning environment. Your key responsibilities will include arriving promptly to school and lessons, delivering well-structured lessons according to provided plans, effectively managing classroom behaviour to ensure a conducive atmosphere for learning, and providing valuable feedback to the classroom teacher.
If you have a genuine interest in education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and motivate students, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
