Are you passionate about supporting students in their educational journey? We are currently seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team at an exceptional Secondary School in Wandsworth. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in for teachers when they are absent and ensure that the learning process continues smoothly. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise students, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring that they stay focused on their tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining the continuity of education and supporting student progress.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively, and a genuine interest in promoting student engagement. Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
