Are you passionate about supporting students in their educational journey? We are currently seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team at an exceptional Secondary School in Warwick. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.
Responsibilities:
– Step in for teachers when they are absent and ensure the learning process continues smoothly
– Supervise students and maintain a positive learning environment
– Ensure students stay focused on their tasks and make progress in their education
– Contribute to the continuity of education and support student progress
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively
– Genuine interest in promoting student engagement
– Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
