We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team at an all prep girls school in Ealing. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment, ensuring continuity in education, and supporting the girls in their daily activities.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers
– Manage classroom behaviour and uphold school policies
– Support students with their learning tasks
– Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students
Requirements:
– Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to engage and motivate students
– Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
